Production Steps

1- Receiving, inspection and selection: We carefully select fresh vegetables and verify their ripeness. Each product follows a selection process suited to its nature.

2- Sorting and washing: Vegetables and fruit are thoroughly sorted to ensure defect-free products, then washed to deliver clean products.

3- Blanching: Blanching time depends on the type of vegetable.

4- Cooling: This stage prepares products for the IQF process and takes place immediately after blanching.

5- Freezing: The IQF process preserves the products' attributes and nutrients.

6- Packing: Products go through several packing processes.

Some steps are performed for specific products only, such as size separation by grades for okra, chopping and sifting tomatoes, cutting selected products, and grating or crushing products such as onion and garlic.
