Pre-Fried Falafel Chick-Peas

Made of dry chick-peas previously soaked in water, they are mixed with the other ingredients then shaped, fried then transferred to IQF.

Ingredients: chick-peas, parsley, onion, sodium chloride, garlic, coriander, spices, vegetable oil.
