Pre-Fried Crispy Eggplant Fingers

Eggplant fingers pre-fried and crunchy. The eggplant is cut, spices are added then submerged in bread crumbs & flour to give the tasty crispy crust. Eggplant fingers are fried then subjected to quick freezing.
