Creamy Vegetables Soup

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Frozen mixed vegetables for soup
• 2 table spoons of butter
• 1 table spoon of oil
• ½ pack of frozen grated onion
• 4 cups of broth
• 1 cup of cooking cream
• Table salt and pepper as desire

Instructions

1. In a pot heat the oil and butter, add the frozen grated onion and stir till its colour turns yellowish.
2. Add the frozen mixed vegetables for soup,
3. Add the broth with salt and pepper and leave it to boil.
4. Reduce heat to simmer and cook.
5. When the vegetables are almost tender add the cooking cream on low heat till the soup thickens.
6. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
